The foundation stone for the first ever purpose built Ahmadiyya Mosque in the capital city of Canberra was laid on the 21st of March 2021. The Ahmadiyya Community is growing rapidly in Australia and the search for a permanent home has been ongoing for the past 10 years in the capital. The project is estimated to cost $4 million will once completed it will be the 3rd purpose built Ahmadiyya Mosque in Australia.

This four story Masjid was inaugurated by Amir Sahib Indonesia which consists of Prayer halls, kitchen, library, mission house and other offices. It will serve the 160 strong members of the Tanjung Priok Jamaat in north Jakarta.
