This is the second mosque by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat in Spain, after the first one was built in Pedro Abad after 700 years. His holiness Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (atba) inuagurated this mosque on  29 March 2013. He led the friday prayers (Jummah) from this mosque named Baitur Rahman. The Valencia Jamaat has around 130 members at present and the mosque cost 1.2 million Euros to build.

This was the first Mosque to be built in Spain after 700 years. The Mosque has been undergoing a complete renovation in 2016 with new added accomodation and guest houses.
